Sunday morning
Who is it for?
Our Sunday morning service is for everyone! Our congregation is made up of a wide range of people of all ages. Often we have people from all over the world attending our service, all with different backgrounds! There are professionals, working mothers and the retired, all brought together under one roof to worship God.

What is it like?
It is a traditional church service, but with a contemporary atmosphere. We have a Bible reading, prayers, hymns and songs, and a sermon. It is usually led by the pastor, Geoff Gobbett. After the service there is tea and coffee served if you would like to stay and chat.

What do I have to do?
Nothing, except turn up (see the directions)! We start at 11am and usually finish by about 12.15pm. The service is held in the Upper Hall. There are book tables in the entrance hall, and there will be a steward at the top of the stairs to welcome you. Please tell the steward if you have any particular concerns.

What about children?
It is nice for families to stay together for the first part of the service, to enjoy worshipping God together. Then halfway through the service, the school-age children go down to the Lower Hall for their own classes. (We have high standards of child care and our child protection policy follows the recommended guidelines.) For very young children there is a creche area where carers can watch and hear the service.
