Leadership

We are an Independent Baptist Church, but we are not isolated as we are also part of the Association of Grace Baptist Churches (South East).
 
We make decisions as a whole membership together and every member uses their gifts to serve others. But the members appoint pastors to lead in teaching, praying and caring for the congregation. We also appoint deacons to lead in the administration and service of various aspects of church life.
 
We have appointed Phil Heaps and Andrew King to serve as pastors, with Phil in a full-time paid capacity.
We have appointed Josiah Lindsay and Jon Britten to serve as deacons to support with practical ministries.

We also have many other members serving in different ministry teams including music, outreach & evangelism, catering, finance, governance and building maintenance.
